Mission & Community Purpose
Blaxit Global Passport is a private, curated community created exclusively for Black people preparing for, living through, or expanding into global life. Our spaces center the lived experiences, perspectives, and migration journeys of Black people around the world.
Our purpose is to provide an empowering, respectful, and uplifting environment where members can exchange knowledge, build supportive relationships, receive guidance, and grow in a community that honors our collective dignity and brilliance.
To protect the integrity of this space, all members are expected to uphold these Guidelines and contribute to a culture of respect, curiosity, and care.
1. Definitions
Blaxit Global Passport Members
Includes all individuals with an active subscription to Passport or Passport+, regardless of tier.
Admin Team / Moderators
Blaxit Global staff, contractors, or designated community leaders who maintain safety, uphold guidelines, and manage community spaces.
Confidential Information
Any personal stories, screenshots, recordings, financial details, relocation plans, identity details, or content shared by members within community spaces.
Harassment
Any behavior that targets, demeans, intimidates, embarrasses, or harms another member—verbally, physically, digitally, or through unwanted contact.
Commercial Activity
Marketing, selling, promoting, prospecting, recruiting, DM pitching, or soliciting members.
2. Scope of These Guidelines
These standards apply to all Blaxit Global Passport spaces, including:
- The Mighty Networks platform (all groups, posts, comments, chats)
- Passport+ coaching spaces and threads
- Direct messages between members
- Live sessions, workshops, group calls, co-working rooms
- In-person gatherings hosted or inspired by the community
- Communications with Blaxit Global staff or moderators
Membership in Passport or Passport+ signifies your agreement to follow these guidelines.
3. Community Values
We cultivate a community that reflects:
- Respect for one another’s journeys and identities
- Confidentiality as a core trust principle
- Courageous curiosity and learning across perspectives
- Mutual support without judgment
- Accountability, individually and collectively
- Protection of Black dignity, globally and locally
Members are expected to contribute to a constructive, non-harmful atmosphere in all interactions.
4. Behavior Expectations
Members are required to interact with care, humility, and consideration. Examples include:
- Using inclusive, affirming language
- Listening without dominating or dismissing
- Asking questions with respect for lived experience
- Giving feedback in a thoughtful, non-hostile way
- Taking responsibility for your impact
- Honoring boundaries—spoken, written, and implied
5. Harassment, Discrimination & Harmful Conduct
This community does not tolerate harassment or any form of harmful behavior. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Identity-Based or Personal Attacks
- Comments or actions based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, neurodivergence, body size, citizenship, family status, or any personal identity
- Misgendering, gender-policing, or disrespect of pronouns
- Demeaning jokes or “teasing” that targets identity or lived experience
Unwelcome Conduct
- Persistent or intrusive questioning
- Sexual remarks or imagery in non-sexual spaces
- Unwanted sexual attention
- Insults, threats, intimidation, or humiliation
Boundary Violations
- Recording or photographing members without consent
- Sharing private messages publicly
- Contacting members repeatedly after they’ve asked you to stop
- Posting content designed to provoke or destabilize conversations
Safety Risks
- Encouraging self-harm or unsafe behavior
- Threatening language
- Stalking, monitoring, or tracking individuals on or off the platform
Any behavior that causes harm, fear, or discomfort may result in removal.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
Trust is foundational to Blaxit Global Passport. Members may not:
- Share screenshots, recordings, quotes, or summaries of conversations outside the community
- Discuss another member’s personal details outside the space
- Repurpose content posted here for public platforms, AI training, research, or marketing
- Record meetings or events
Violations of confidentiality are serious and may result in immediate removal.
7. Business, Marketing & Promotional Boundaries
To maintain a supportive environment—not a marketplace:
- No unsolicited pitches, offers, or business outreach
- No DM-ing other members to promote products or services
- No collecting member data for business purposes
- No affiliate links, MLM activity, or prospecting
Promotional content is only allowed in designated community spaces if those spaces exist.
Violations may result in removal.
8. Event Etiquette (Virtual & In-Person)
Virtual Events
- Arrive prepared and minimize distractions where possible
- Stay on mute when not speaking
- Avoid interrupting or talking over others
- Respect the confidentiality of all discussions
- Do not record or photograph sessions
In-Person Gatherings
- Practice courtesy and awareness of group dynamics
- Respect personal space, boundaries, and consent
- Follow the host’s guidelines for safety and conduct
- Be culturally mindful when gathering in international contexts
9. Reporting Concerns or Violations
If you experience, witness, or are impacted by conduct that violates these Guidelines, please notify us at 📧 info@blaxitglobal.com
The Admin Team will review the situation thoughtfully, privately, and in alignment with safety and fairness.
When necessary to protect the community, the Admin Team may inform affected members about concerning behavior from another member.
10. Enforcement & Accountability
Consequences will depend on the nature and severity of the behavior. Options include:
- A private conversation
- A written reminder of guidelines
- Temporary restrictions or pause in access
- Removal from specific spaces
- Full removal from Passport and/or Passport+
All decisions are made with the safety and well-being of the community in mind. Decisions by the Admin Team are final.
11. Membership, Billing, & Refund Policy
To keep billing transparent and consistent:
- Members must cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle
- No prorated or partial refunds are offered
- Refunds are only issued for duplicate charges or billing errors
- Removal due to violating these Guidelines is not eligible for refund
- Membership access ends immediately once a subscription is canceled

By joining as a Blaxit Global Passport member, you agree to
- Uphold these Guidelines
- Respect the confidentiality of all spaces
- Engage with integrity and care
- Protect the safety and dignity of fellow members
- Honor the authority of the Admin Team to enforce these rules
Your presence in Blaxit Global Passport is a commitment to collective safety, growth, and empowerment.
